Thank you, dear cheery and helpful woman who worked in the gift shop on the day I phoned. My daughter had just had surgery and I wanted to lift her spirits. You suggested a lovely balloon bouquet and informed me how to place the order over the phone. My daughter was delighted with the balloons and the little Teddy Bear that served as an anchor.
