I thought my order was in to late for same day delivery. But they took part of it up the first day. Then took the flowers up the next morning so they would be fresh.

Great Service!!!!! I ordered flowers for my aunt but in the meantime she left to go to another facility. Sure enough the Hospital Gift Shop notified me that she left and sent the flowers to the other facility!!! WOW

I sent my grandson who was in Lancaster General Hospital a Gift Basket filled with sports ,car ,magazines, daily newspaper, deck of cards, which was a great idea for a sick 35 yr.old male. Placing the order, and the delivery was excellent, I was very pleased, and he was very happy with the basket. Thank you,

Wonderful follow-up and customer service! Because the co-worker we wanted to send flowers to was in ICU, HospitalGiftShop.com kept me updated daily, letting me know the flowers would be delivered once she was in an area of the hospital where she could have fresh flowers. When she unexpectedly passed away, HospitalGiftShop.com was helpful in re-routing the order.

We sent flowers to our dear relative. She received them the same day we placed our order. She sent a photo of the flowers along with a text thanking us for a beautiful arrangement. She enjoyed them for all the days she was in care. We had a bit of a concern in placing the order because we placed the order online from outside of the U.S. I would recommend the Hospital Gift Shop to anyone who wanted to send flowers to a friend or relative at the Hospital.

I would most definitely recommend! I had ordered the "Best" arrangement along with the 6 balloon - Balloon Bouquet for my niece who had just had a baby. Well..... the original arrangement was such a disappointment. It contained 2 small white Fiji mums along with some white stem stock flowers, a HUGE purple bow, 2 matching stork picks and 2 matching Baby Girl balloons, WOW... I was so embarrassed and hurt. I called customer service and expressed my concern. I sent in a picture as well. On Monday a new arrangement was sent out. It was beautiful and the balloons were great as well. So the few flowers, two matching balloons, and two stork picks that all made for a disappointing and incorrect arrangement was quickly turned into a beautiful arrangement with balloons that made everyone smile! The people at the customer service desk truly listened to understand!!!! Thank You so much

l ordered flowers to go to hospital on a Friday
Patient was dismissed on Friday. I received this info from
Hospital Gift Shop.com asking for patients address. They
followed up with me on Sat needing the home phone before
they delivered the flowers. Patient joyfully received flowers
at home on a Monday. I was extremely pleased with the
service.
